The angels that saved Xmas. Alan and Aiden at the shop are amazing. After ringing at midday a couple of days before Xmas we picked up a cooker after ours broke. We got it home, took all the packaging to Clatterbridge tip, and then realised we had ordered the wrong size. No problem. Aiden turned up with the correct cooker a few hours later, no delivery charge. Small restocking fee and a lovely smile. Best service ever!

I cannot rate Aiden & Appliance Express highly enough. My integrated fridge freezer broke a few weeks ago on Monday morning and I was being quoted ridiculous prices by other local companies for a standalone fridge freezer. I visited Aiden Monday late afternoon & had a second hand, pristine, very reasonably priced fridge freezer delivered by Aiden 6pm that night. Absolutely above and beyond service. Aiden also ordered my replacement integrated fridge freezer which was fitted on Thursday. Very flexible with install dates/times, ensured I had the best solution for the space (without incurring further costs), took away my broken appliance - literally zero hassle or stress start to finish. It looks a bit of a shambles, but it has a far superior selection of appliances than say Currys. Excellent advice as well. As we were desperate to get our fridge freezer, they pulled all the stops out. Fitter did a great job of the installation, very professional.

I have bought several white goods from A.Express over the years, they always give good advice without being pushy. I was beside myself when I went to my freezer, all the food at the top half of my chest freezer had gone soft. This was last Friday night( 08sep). Went to A.Express Saturday and my new chest freezer was delivered an hour later. Why would you go to a high street retail store, when you can get service like that.

A certain nAtiOnal retailer took our order for a particular chest freezer, and then rang back an hour later to say they hadn't got it in stock after all. Rang round local and national suppliers, nobody had what we wanted but Appliance Express said they would try to source one in the next few days and let us know. Well, they succeeded, excellent communication and great value. I was going past the shop so opted to collect rather than have it delivered, and was given a friendly reception and the member of staff carried it to the car for me too. Hadn't been in before, but was very favourably impressed by the enormous range of stock in the showroom - it's not as swanky as a PC World layout, but at the end ofnthe day it's the customer that pays for the shop. Bear in mind also that this company has been hit by covid as well so are well down on staff and don't employ excess numbers - my experience is that they do a great job with personal service. I will definitely use them again, and have no connection whatsoever other than being a satisfied customer.

We wanted a slimline dishwasher that we could take away today and when the appliance company in Ellesmere Port was closed we googled others in the area and came across Appliance Express and so pleased we did. So helpful and let us take the display model there and then. Took all packaging and stickers off and made sure it was clean and even loaded it into the car for us. Excellent service and a fabulous range of appliances on show. Will definitely be going there in the future. Highly recommend.
