The angels that saved Xmas. Alan and Aiden at the shop are amazing. After ringing at midday a couple of days before Xmas we picked up a cooker after ours broke. We got it home, took all the packaging to Clatterbridge tip, and then realised we had ordered the wrong size. No problem. Aiden turned up with the correct cooker a few hours later, no delivery charge. Small restocking fee and a lovely smile. Best service ever!

I cannot rate Aiden & Appliance Express highly enough. My integrated fridge freezer broke a few weeks ago on Monday morning and I was being quoted ridiculous prices by other local companies for a standalone fridge freezer. I visited Aiden Monday late afternoon & had a second hand, pristine, very reasonably priced fridge freezer delivered by Aiden 6pm that night. Absolutely above and beyond service. Aiden also ordered my replacement integrated fridge freezer which was fitted on Thursday. Very flexible with install dates/times, ensured I had the best solution for the space (without incurring further costs), took away my broken appliance - literally zero hassle or stress start to finish. It looks a bit of a shambles, but it has a far superior selection of appliances than say Currys. Excellent advice as well. As we were desperate to get our fridge freezer, they pulled all the stops out. Fitter did a great job of the installation, very professional.

I have bought several white goods from A.Express over the years, they always give good advice without being pushy. I was beside myself when I went to my freezer, all the food at the top half of my chest freezer had gone soft. This was last Friday night( 08sep). Went to A.Express Saturday and my new chest freezer was delivered an hour later. Why would you go to a high street retail store, when you can get service like that.
