Delivery Options:

1. Standard – Free delivery within 3 working days for orders over £300, or £10 for orders under £300. Available for ground floor premises within 20 miles of our store.

2. Express – Delivery for in-stock items within 24 hours of placing your order, at an extra cost of £20.

3. Appointed – Choose a specific day and time for delivery (within reason), at an extra cost of £10.

Additional Services:

• Stairs – For properties with 3+ steps, a 2-person delivery team is needed, costing £20 each way.

• Distance – Local delivery within 20 miles, covering Merseyside, Cheshire West & Chester, and North Wales.

• Packaging – Unboxing and removal of packaging is £10. (Included with removal of old appliance. See installation rates for more details).
